Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Blasight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including organization administrators, editors, and readers.

Blasight is a financial operating system for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). It provides tools for tracking transactions, managing budgets, forecasting, monitoring subscriptions, and obtaining AI-powered financial insights. Features vary by subscription plan — Starter, Pro, Premium, and Enterprise — as detailed on the pricing page.

Blasight is a tool to assist with financial visibility. It does not provide professional financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. All information provided by the platform, including AI-generated outputs, is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Blasight and all its components — including software, design, trademarks, logos, and content created by Bladenox Solutions — are owned by Bladenox Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the platform.

You retain ownership of all financial data, documents, and content you create or upload within Blasight. By using the platform, you grant Bladenox Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Each organization has one or more administrators who manage member access and roles.
• You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use Blasight to:

• Enter inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading financial data.
• Engage in any unlawful activity, including money laundering, tax fraud, or financial crimes.
• Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or organizations.
• Upload malicious code, malware, or content intended to disrupt the platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform through automated means without prior written authorization from Bladenox Solutions.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the platform.
• Develop or assist in developing a competing product or service using the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without a written agreement with Bladenox Solutions.
• Use AI-generated outputs from Blasight to benchmark or evaluate competing AI systems.
• Conduct load testing or stress testing of the platform without prior written authorization.

Violation of these acceptable use rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

You own your data. Blasight does not claim ownership of any financial data, transactions, budgets, or other content you enter into the platform.

By using Blasight, you grant Bladenox Solutions a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell or share your financial data with third parties for commercial purposes.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for any activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at contact@bladenox.com.

Blasight is not a backup service. We recommend maintaining independent backups of your financial data. Bladenox Solutions is not liable for data loss resulting from technical failures, user error, or events beyond our control.

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account, such as payment confirmations, password resets, and service announcements. These communications are necessary to provide the service.

We may also send you commercial emails about Blasight products, features, updates, and promotional offers from Bladenox Solutions. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at contact@bladenox.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional emails.

We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The AI CFO feature uses artificial intelligence to generate financial insights, summaries, and projections based on data you enter. It is powered by OpenAI's API. When you use this feature, financial data summaries and prompts are transmitted to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's data usage policy applies.

AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only. They are not professional financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You must independently verify any financial conclusions before acting on them. Bladenox Solutions expressly disclaims any liability for financial decisions made in reliance on AI-generated outputs.

Use of the AI CFO feature is entirely at your own risk.

Blasight integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Zoho Mail (transactional email), Google Analytics (analytics), and OpenAI (AI features). Your use of these integrations is also subject to each provider's terms of service and privacy policies.

Bladenox Solutions is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of, or reliance on, any third-party service integrated with Blasight.

We may offer features labeled 'beta,' 'experimental,' or 'preview.' These features are provided as-is, may not be fully tested, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Beta features may contain bugs or behave unexpectedly. We recommend not relying on beta features for critical business operations. Bladenox Solutions is not liable for any issues arising from the use of beta features.

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service with reasonable advance notice for material changes.
• We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
• We do not provide any service level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee unless explicitly agreed in writing with an Enterprise customer.

Blasight is offered on a subscription basis with three self-serve plans: Starter (USD 12/mo), Pro (USD 39/mo), and Premium (USD 79/mo), and a custom Enterprise plan. Self-serve plans begin with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Enterprise plans are contracted directly with Bladenox Solutions.

After the trial, you will be prompted to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, your account is paused and your data is retained for 30 days. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount.

Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD. Bladenox Solutions is the seller of record and is responsible for billing, refunds, and support. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Refund policy: if you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us at contact@bladenox.com and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current plan price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice via email. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment again within a few days. If payment is not collected within 7 days of the due date, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

BLASIGHT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.

Bladenox Solutions does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that results obtained through the platform will be accurate or reliable.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bladenox Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of Blasight in violation of these Terms; (b) content you submit to the platform; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bladenox Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Bladenox Solutions is not liable for financial losses arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs, inaccurate data entry, unauthorized access to your account, or platform unavailability.

Our total cumulative liability for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Blasight shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not paid any fees, our maximum liability is USD 100.

Bladenox Solutions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or third-party service outages.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.

Users in the European Union retain all rights provided by GDPR. Users in California retain all rights provided by CCPA. These jurisdictional rights are not limited by these Terms.
